These 24V AC lamps are used during shutdown or when plant is on maintenance as the lights have to be moved from one location to another location. In such applications it is recommended to avoid 220V AC to prevent electrocution hazard. The applications include maintenance of kiln, mill, boilers furnace, pits, manholes, tunnels, equipment housings, duct work, pipeline etc.
